Charming Vietnam Tour 8 Days

Day 1: Hanoi arrival 

Arrive at Hanoi airport, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to hotel in the center. 

Time to relax and explore Hanoi Old Quarter.

Day 2: Fabulous Food and Sights Tour by scooter ( Breakfast and lunch )

In the morning 8:00: Our female drivers and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel to start a tour to visit Hanoi city.
Firstly, you will go to a very famous coffee shop to enjoy Egg coffee that is founded in Hanoi, passed down through generations, is Café Giang (Giang Café).
Next, our drivers will take you to the Hanoi Opera House built in 1911 to take some photos together as a little memory of Hanoi.

After that we take you to local markets to see people selling everyday essentials.

Joining to Paloma Motorbike Tour, we will take you around the small alleys to visit the old houses and daily life of urban people that are very little known by tourists when visiting Hanoi.

Apart from the small alleys, we will take you through the most highlight places such as: Train Street, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Huu Tiep Lake (B52) where vestiges of war are left here.

A must-see place is the historic Long Bien bridge designed by Daydé & Pillé company (French company), the same one that also built the Effel tower in Paris. The bridge has witnessed two fierce resistance wars of the Vietnamese people. They are the war against the US and the French. Let take some more photos here for your memory. Tour ends at your hotel.

Notes:

• Please keep in mind that we do not go inside the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum on “Hanoi City sights and street food”tour. This attraction requires a lot of time to fully appreciate so we recommend that you visit them on your own so that we can make the most of time you have with us.
• The above itinerary is subject to change, based on the day’s weather and traffic conditions.

Day 3: Hanoi – Sapa by Bus ( Breakfast )

7:00 AM: Our shuttle bus will pick you up at your hotel. It takes 5 hours drive to Sapa.

Arrive in Sapa, check in Hotel and you are free in the afternoon.

Day 4: Sapa Sightseeing: Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van Villages  ( Breakfast and lunch)

8:00 AM: You will start trekking for 14 km and visit Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages of the H’mong minority. After lunch at a local family in Lao Chai or at a food stall nearby the river bank, continue hiking to Ta Van village of the Dzay where we stay overnight in a local family. Here you have opportunity to experience their daily life, work and original custom. Overnight at homestay in Ta Van Village.

Day 5: Sapa – Hanoi ( Breakfast )

Breakfast will be served at your homestay at about 8:00 AM.

After breakfast, you will be free to take a walk around the village, chatting with ethnic minorities people or take photos with them.

In the afternoon at 2:00PM, our shuttle bus will pick you up and transfer you to Hanoi. You will arrive in Hanoi about 8:00PM.

Day 6: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Overnight on boat ( Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner )

8:30 AM: Our driver will pick you up at your hotel, proceed directly to the highway to Halong City.

12:00: Welcome aboard.

Check-in your Cabin after being introduced to the cruise and given safety instructions.

1:15PM: You will have lunch on cruise while cruising to Halong Bay.

15:00: Arrive at Three Peach beach area in Lan Ha Bay which is a famous destination for swimming and kayaking. The region is well-known for its pristine beaches and spectacular beauty with about 400 enchanting limestone islands and caves.

17:30: Return to cruise, perfect time to observe and admire the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin and enjoy a complimentary sunset party.

19:00: Dinner is served and awaits for you to have another wonderful dining experience on board.

20:30-0:00: After dinner, you can enjoy the landscape of the bay at night up on the top deck, relax with romantic music, enjoy drinks from the bar or try your luck with Squid Fishing. 

Day 7: Halong Bay – Hanoi ( Breakfast and lunch )

06:00: Early risers can start the day with a Tai Chi session on board, led by our Tai Chi master or observe the glamorous sunrise on the top deck, complete the perfect early morning with a cup of coffee or tea.

7:15: Light breakfast is served while the cruise swiftly cross the Dark and Bright Cave (Sang Toi cave), where you can take a bamboo boat to sail deeper into the cave and explore the place.

9:30: Check out of your cabin while cruising back to the dock.

10:00: You can then take part in a cooking demonstration to learn how to prepare one of the most famous Vietnamese dish – traditional spring rolls. A buffet brunch will be served.

11:30: Return to port and disembark.

12:00: Get on the luxury limousine van to Hanoi.

15:00: Arrive in Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 8: Hanoi – Departure ( Breakfast )

Breakfast at your hotel, then you have free time until our driver arrives and transfers you to Hanoi airport and take the flight to next destination.
