For two nights you will live in the villages of Jaipur and discover the essence of rural areas. You will live in a community, led by Jaimala and Hitesh who work with children and teenagers from Rajhastan and with artisan women with whom we develop the ethical fashion project.
The center is an example of a happy family home. You will visit the school and small initiatives that make the community live more self-sufficient (solar panels, biogas, organic farm …) You will learn, along with women artisans, the art of blockprinting, one of the oldest stamping techniques in India. You will make your own handkerchief made with manual wooden blocks from the Rajhastan! In addition, you will have time to interact with women and share different ways of life between East and West.
Since 2011, we designed experiences supporting this community with our trips of small groups and with related people. The community is not a tourist place and we continue working to preserve the welfare of the community and a tourist balance.
